Eleanor Meany
Associate
Eleanor Meany is an associate at Bell Criminal Lawyers and a committed criminal defence solicitor, admitted to practice in both the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.
Since her admission in 2020, Eleanor has practiced exclusively in criminal law, representing clients charged with a broad spectrum of offences—from traffic and summary matters through to large-scale drug offences and homicides. She appears daily in the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts, regularly undertaking sentences, bail applications, summary hearings and committal proceedings.
Eleanor is known for her strong courtroom advocacy, thorough preparation, and client-focused approach. She approaches every matter with diligence and care, tailoring her strategy to achieve the best possible outcome for each individual client.
