Director
Kristy is one of a handful of Accredited Criminal Law Specialists in Queensland. She is a member of the Queensland Law Society’s Criminal Law Committee and Deputy Chair of the Queensland Sentencing Advisory Council (QSAC).

Senior Associate
Adam was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2016. He holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and has been practicing in criminal law for the last decade.

Emma is a Senior Associate at Bell Criminal Lawyers and one of a handful of Accredited Criminal Law Specialists in Queensland, having earned the Highest Achiever Award upon attaining her accreditation in 2024. In 2025, she was also recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a Rising Star in the profession.

Since her admission in 2020, she has practised exclusively in criminal law, representing clients in everything from traffic matters to serious drug offences and homicides. Eleanor appears daily in courts across Queensland, bringing sharp advocacy, meticulous preparation, and a calm, client-focused approach to every case.

Lydia is a Law Clerk at Bell Criminal Lawyers. Lydia is currently completing a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Law & Justice, majoring in Criminology and Policing at the Queensland University of Technology.

Tim is a Town Clerk at Bell Criminal Lawyers. Tim is responsible for collecting and delivering material to Counsel, Police and the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, filing documents and maintaining the office supply of Mint Slice biccies.
