Kristy is one of a handful of Accredited Criminal Law Specialists in Queensland. She is a member of the Queensland Law Society’s Criminal Law Committee and Queensland Law Society’s Specialist Accreditation Committee.

Sam is a Senior Associate at Bell Criminal Lawyers. Sam has dedicated his career to the practice of criminal law and has comprehensive experience at every stage of the criminal justice process.

Adam was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2016. He holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.

Emma is an Associate at Bell Criminal Lawyers practising predominantly in criminal law, including traffic offences, domestic violence and youth justice matters.

Lydia is a Law Clerk at Bell Criminal Lawyers. Lydia is currently completing a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Law & Justice, majoring in Criminology and Policing at the Queensland University of Technology.

Kim is the Accounts Manager and has managed accounts in the legal industry since 2011. Kim is often referred to as ‘The Real Boss’ and is known for keeping the office in line.

Rebecca is the sole Legal Administrator and Office Manager for Bell Criminal Lawyers. Rebecca is known for her patience and compassion for our clients. Her no-job-too-tough attitude and her warm, friendly disposition makes her a valued member of the office.

Tim is a Town Clerk at Bell Criminal Lawyers. Tim is responsible for collecting and delivering material to Counsel, Police and the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, filing documents and maintaining the office supply of Mint Slice biccies.
