Corbin Wood
Law Clerk
Originally from the tight-knit mining town of Moranbah, Corbin brings a strong work ethic, sharp intellect, and calm under pressure to his role as a law clerk at Bell Criminal Lawyers.
In 2024, Corbin graduated as Dux of his high school, earning top academic honours and securing a place in a dual degree at the University of Queensland, where he is now studying Law and Commerce. His keen interest in justice and analytical thinking made criminal law a natural fit.
Before joining the legal world, Corbin spent four years behind the bar at the Moranbah Community Workers Club, serving locals as both a bartender and barista. It’s safe to say he knows how to hold a crowd’s attention—and pour a perfect beer under pressure. His time at the club taught him the value of connection, communication, and community—skills he now brings into every client interaction.
At Bell Criminal Lawyers, Corbin supports the team with legal research, case preparation, and client assistance, while continuing to build his legal knowledge. Thoughtful, dependable, and curious, Corbin is driven by a genuine desire to help people navigate some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
